I grew up mostly on the Big Island of Hawaii…
My husband grew up on Oahu…
Now we live in western Washington.
My husband lived in Washington first…
And commuted to Hawaii once a month to woo me…
Then I moved out here to be with him…
We’ve been married since 2004…
I love him with all my heart.
We adopted a kitten from the local humane society in 2007…
He is the sweetest cat and loves to cuddle...
The best first pet anyone could ask for.
I miss my parents a lot…
But luckily they come to visit me often…
And I fly home to Hawaii every chance I get.
I have an older sister and a younger sister…
Making me the middle child...
But I don’t think I suffer from middle child syndrome.
I enjoy crafting, shopping, and eating…
But not so much cooking or grocery shopping...
I also love reading magazines…
My mail carrier must wonder why a household of two gets so many.
I dislike aggressive drivers…
Driving in either snow or icy conditions…
Copycats and insincere people...
And being micromanaged.
I love being organized to the point of being obsessive-compulsive…
Japanese craft books, Hello Kitty, Starbucks iced green teas...
Anything Martha Stewart, especially her good things…
And the little things in life!
